Leírás: On Whit Weekend, millions of Europeans take to the streets to enjoy a short vacation in the spring air. The film shows the freedom of Western Europeans to organize their own leisure time, in stark contrast to the strictly organized celebrations of the World Youth Congress in East Berlin. The Marshall Plan Film Unit produced few overtly anti-communist films. This one is one of them. According to Albert Hemsing, this film was "almost a personal statement" for Peter Baylis (who wrote and produced the One-Two-Three series). The film never made it to commercial distribution, but a number of non-Communist unions showed it during their meetings. © 2002 Linda R. Christenson
